Pricing

Nursing home pricing

Pricing for our nursing home comprises two components: accommodation (paid by the resident) and dependency (according to the degree of autonomy). All our beds are approved for social assistance from the Department of South Corsica.

Daily accommodation rate

This rate covers all services not linked to the person's dependency state — general administration, hotel accommodation, catering, maintenance and animation. It is financed by the resident, with possible coverage from departmental social assistance. The accommodation rate is set annually, by decree, by the Collectivity of Corsica.

Dependency rate

This rate includes all support provided to the person in their daily activities and the maintenance of their autonomy — washing, mobility, incontinence products, a fraction of personnel costs. The amount is proportional to the degree of dependency, established according to the national assessment grid (GIR). The Departmental Council may partially cover these costs through the Personalised Autonomy Allowance (APA).
